Living in a Condo penthouse is the epitome of life, this home at Breeze by the East is a well-curated mix of colours, texture, and lines that gels altogether in a single space.
Lighting plays an important role in designing a Semi-lux Modern home. In this Living space, we’ve combined a warm cove lighting along with the very trendy Conceal track light that brings extra personality and brightness to the home.
Inside the Homeowner Daughter’s Bedroom, we’ve designed a few open-shelvings along with the enclosed storage cabinets. This, in which helps to make the room feel lighter and spacious. These rooms also feature a Bay window next to the bed, adding extra comfort and charm to the interior space.
As curves have been a huge trend this year, we’ve incorporated curves in the Dry Kitchen’s countertop. In addition, adding little details such as brass profiling to the cabinet’s door handle & plinth as well as the elegant circular rhythm hanging light that adds a daring bronze contrast to the space.
Beyond indoor spaces, the outdoor balcony deck is also a great place to relax after a long day of work. To ensure a relaxing and hassle-free maintenance lifestyle for our customers, we’ve used composite decking that is low maintenance, waterproof, scratchproof, and suitable as a pet-friendly outdoor decking.
To sum up, this spacious earth-toned coloured home consists of a comfy touch of calmness and a soothing atmosphere that is seamlessly connected with the indoor-outdoor balcony.
