Waterview Condo is a new development in Tampines Avenue 1 and is just a few minutes distance to the Tampines MRT. This 99-year leasehold property by Sim Lian Group in District 18 houses 696 units and has been completed since mid-last year.
Wilson Teh, the Managing Director of one of Singapore’s most reputable interior design companies Rezt ‘n Relax, has come up with a 3D design of a 3-bedroom unit and will accomplish it in just under S$35k.
Wilson has provided 3 different treatments to the living plus a done-up kid’s room that includes a double bed and a bunkbed.
The 3D designs are shown below:
The living room is given a very minimalistic treatment with the color white making up most of the area including the floor. Dim lights are symmetrically positioned right above the shelf where the entertainment system is at. To accentuate the white color, the inner sides of the shelf is painted with dark grey and a cream sofa along with some grey pillows plus a cream rug is also added for some texture. Furthermore, the dark grey dining table with white legs and white chairs with black legs pull the whole theme together.
In comparison with the previous theme, this is the direct inverse and give a more dramatic look with the color grey making up most of the room with white accents on the sides of the shelf and big white pillows to match them. Same cream rug and sofa are used to polarize the dark grey color and the extreme white. Same set of dining table is used.
In this concept, the whole area is giving off a more pasty look with the light creamy yellow paint making up most of the wall. The treatment is further toned down with the white floor and white color of the insides of the shelf plus the big white throw pillows. The same cream rug and cream sofa are used along with the same set of dining table.
The color white makes up for the most part of the room with the strong accentuating wooden insides of the shelf. The same sets of cream sofa, cream rug and dining table are used.
The kid’s room comprises of a double bed and a bunkbed. A golden headboard is placed to match the wooded parquet flooring and the bronze rug. A plain white shade is used to match the white wall. To add accents to the white wall and the white bunkbed, a cream feature wall with lines is placed.
